Gen 3 wall connector

I have just installed the wall connector. after connecting it to the wifi all the green lights are on, than I turned the breaker off and on and only one green light on top is blinking. What lights should be on when not in use?

When you toggle the breaker, or press the button on the wall connector plug for 5+ seconds, the Wall Connector starts broadcasting it's WiFi SSID Name so that you can connect to it directly and configure the Wall Connector. The Wall Connector top light flashes for 5 minutes to allow you to connect, and then it turns solid.
