Generation Meter goes backward. Is it normal?

The two new meters were installed last week after the inspection. Both were zeroed. Now I see some strange data.
House meter shows positive value (as expected), but the PV generation meter goes backward - it was 99877 kWh this morning. It's close to the values provided by Tesla app but why doesn't go from 0 up?

Can someone explain it to me please?

Are you with eversource? I have two meters from them and both solar production and the net metering meter show a code of “ “11 99898” which is not the reading but some other code. They both cycle through other codes as well, not sure which one is the actual meter total.
