In other news. Had Nema 14-50 installed today and secured a loan for 2.5% for 72 months.

You do not have to pay until you are ready to accept delivery. I handed over finance check+ paid downpayment via ACH post inspection.

Picked up today. Positives: the car was ready, zero problems, charged to 80%. Paperwork for the trade-in was ready to sign. The service reps walked by, stopped for some great conversation, congratulations, talked about the car. The delivery specialist helped my connect my phone.

I wanted to ask questions about another Y I have on order, but was unsuccessful in that endeavor.

Coming from an S the Y is a different world. Love them both.

Picked mine up today, super easy pickup. But when got home and plugged in alerts saying charging issues. Drove to target pooping my pants praying it’s not a car issue. Super charger worked fine so a dead charger unit. Coming Monday to look at it.

I texted with SA today and cars are still in transit. The earliest they can set up the pickup was 6/15. So I think all the cars will be in town early next week? Hopefully you will get text on the weekend!

I “swung” by the Pearl delivery center a week early and guess what….. my Model Y was there ready to go. They put too much cushion between the delivery appointments. The SA said well since your here, take it with you!
