Got this from my DES today: I had hoped to meet Cale too! (He's been great) I've heard of similar laws in Texas, but Georgia too? Sounds kind of like a capacity issue more than a legal issue. There have been Sig deliveries performed by a DES in-person already. Were those just flying under the radar and now they have to get serious and follow the letter of the law? This seems a bit odd to me. Edit: Just got some more info on the situation: I can understand where Tesla's coming from. They have a strained delivery capacity as it is, so any hiccups with the law here in GA could be potentially devastating for deliveries here, so they want to avoid any headaches. Kind of sucks, but I'm still getting a virtual walkthrough at least.
