I feel kind of insane that i just put a deposit down for a Model X plaid instead of a regular Model X just because I want it in 2022 instead of having to wait until 2023.

I think it's especially insane because the Plaid will be classified as a supercar in British Columbia with all the insurance hassles that go along with it.

True -- by next spring I'll probably get a subscription to EV-CPO and try to snatch the first one available in the config I want.
