Getting a New Battery Pack on 8/22

Starting last week I started getting the attached message after charging my SRMY. I initially had a service appt. set up for yesterday, but Tesla quickly changed it to 8/22, indicating a part was needed. After a few emails, I found out they are replacing the entire battery pack. Anyone know the chances I'll receive a new pack? Thanks.

What was the max range you were receiving? After 26k miles in my MYSR my 100% was 220 miles.

Mine is in the shop now getting one. The Tesla advisor told me if it's under warranty you get a new pack, if it's out of pocket it will most likely be refurbished.

I charged to 100% tonight and ended up at 226 miles (at 24k miles), a loss of about 9% from EPA range of 244.
