Getting back your $2500 deposit...

Does anyone have any experience getting the $2500 deposit back, after second confirmation date?
For reasons such as poor quality vehicle on delivery or excessive delay in production, etc?
If you refuse the car do they just apply your $2500 deposit to a new order?
Do they EVER refund the $2500 deposit?

Just wondering...

They never refund past the 7 day waiting period but they'll move it to another vehicle like an inventory car. If your early on in your order, you could always chargeback and see what happens too.
