Getting car Tuesday, no MVPA agreement yet on Saturday

How am I supposed to know how much the check should be made out for? I had a generic MVPA in my Tesla account until today, now a "zero-bytes" purchase-agreement.dms file has shown up that is actually 0 bytes. My delivery specialist at Mt. Kisco has not yet contacted me although the ISA in Las Vegas did about a week ago. If the check I take is too big, will they take it and refund the difference? Or if it is too small, can I make up the difference with credit card, cash, or personal check? I'm driving down on Monday (they will reimburse me up to $200 for hotel and pay for rental car to get there), but this doesn't give me a lot of time on Monday morning to find out the amount and get to my credit union. I don't even have a phone number or contact at the Mt. Kisco location.
Anybody got a number for Mt. Kisco? Anybody else been through this? How did it work out?

I have a Monday delivery in Brooklyn and just got my MVPA Sat afternoon. Unfortunately I was, and still am, having the same issue as you: the link takes me to a zero kB .dms file. The lemon law link is doing the same thing, so clearly something is wrong. Contacted an ISA (mine is on vacation) via the main 888 number and was connected to someone within 30 seconds. He emailed me a pdf of the final MVPA.

It is also worth checking with Mt. Kisco; when the MVPA hadn’t shown up by Friday end of day I called Brooklyn and they said if it didn’t show up in time for me to get a cashiers check, they were ok with a personal check. Couldn’t have been more accommodating.

When I got my X I think I had to resort to this also (calling internally) to get the final documents. The process to get things to the website seems to have issues.

I also used a personal check for a $10K balance (rest was Alliant). But your delivery center will have to okay that was said. Each seems to have their own rules and limits for what personal checks are accepted.

As an update, everything is coming together. Tesla added a "make payment now" amount in my Tesla account and this matches up within a couple dollars of the dollar amount I calculated. So I'm comfortable getting a bank check using that dollar amount even though I haven't seen an official itemization. I re-read my emails from the ISA in Las Vegas and it had the Mt. Kisco phone number and also said that I would be contacted Monday regarding arranging the car rental for getting me to Mt. Kisco. I think I'm just a little antsy about the whole process because I never paid this much for a car before. I am excited about Tuesday, though!!!!!

FWIW, I got my MVPA even later than this and I ACHed the make payment amount right away. My not so official thinking is that Tesla does not care having their money in their account as long as the ACH for the right amount has been initiated from your Tesla account. In my case the money was withdrawn from my account 3 business days after my original delivery date (4 after I initiated the payment).
