I thought PIA, and even the Tesla site now have consolidated incentive info. PIA's is more thorough, last I checked, but Tesla added it in by state. It may have been more residential install focused, but I do know it was added. Not sure why we'd need to build another such thread/database to track them. Discuss, sure, but track, not sure why IMO.
