You can install our site as a web app on your iOS device by utilizing the Add to Home Screen feature in Safari. Please see this thread for more details on this.

they’ll fix three of those issues, the rest you’ll have to make another appointment for, then another appointment and then another appointment and then another appointment. Within 4-5 years the issues will be resolved.
