I bought some RPM blue led's for the interior of my M3LR. Getting the standard lights out was tough but doable, but now the replacement in the drivers footwell has (as seems to have happened to several others) started to flicker really annoyingly and I can't get it out again! I've tried a screwdriver and a pry tool but there's no purchase points. Does anyone have any tips - I don't mind destroying it to get it out. Second question. What are the best, most reliable replacement interior lights? Thanks.

The flickering lights are typically cause by the cable not being fully seated in the light. Suggest you unplug the light and plug it back in.
To remove lights, use a trim removal tool. Amazon has a set which is well worth it.
