GFCI on 110v trips

Wife's 2020 Model 3 (13,900 miles) has suddenly begun to trip 110v GFCIs. Twice on the original circuit that has worked flawlessly from the beginning and last night on a brand new circuit/GFCI. Both circuits 110v, 20A. The car has been charged almost exclusively on home 110v since purchase. Just prior to beginning of current problem she took on 200 mile trip and used super chargers 2 times. Tonight I will check charger port and plug for any debris (she did take the power cord on trip and used at her sister's house). Thank you for any responses.

GFCI trips are usually caused by GFCIs that get worn out. They only last a few years when used a lot. Consider replacing it and if it is on a 20A circuit make sure to use a 20A GFCI.

What is the car reporting for amps and volts while charging?

When you say brand new circuit, do you mean literally brand new, like it was just installed, or do you mean just one you hasn't used before?

Along with the comment about GFCI receptacles wearing out, some are more sensitive than others. I would replace with a higher quality or commercial grade GFCI (or combination AFCI/GFCI) receptacle.
