He is probably picking it up already. And he's gone.
chances are essentially zero for march, near zero for April and very very very low until who knows, late summer? It will take a long time for them to ramp up.Was hoping to get my model Y that I ordered in Jan 2022 out of Austin. Just got the VIN assigned to me today and its from Fremont. I can just hold the delivery to later and I will no longer have this same VIN anymore, right? Really hoping to get one of the 4680s out of Austin instead

This is false, you can no longer hold for this long, max is 30 days. If you don't accept delivery after your hold period ends.. it is subject to cancellationYou can hold for around 6 months. I guess vin should be reassigned in that case.. And that'll give you time till July
I have heard 90 days. You heard 30 days. Is this info also from an SA. I don't find it anywhere on the Tesla site and we all know how unreliable SA info is.This is false, you can no longer hold for this long, max is 30 days. This is confirmed by an SA (30 days) they ended the 90 days late last year. Also if you follow the threads closely, you will notice a trend of holds only being 30 days now.I have heard 90 days. Once you take an order off hold, do you know if it usually stays at the front of the queue and would get a VIN pretty soon? This is confirmed by an SA (30 days) they ended the 90 days late last year. Also if you follow the threads closely, you will notice a trend of holds only being 30 days now.
From what i've seen on this thread it varies, some get it within days some within weeks. You don't get placed in the back of the line again thoughOnce you take an order off hold, do you know if it usually stays at the front of the queue and would get a VIN pretty soon?
If I recall, from the situation someone posted about, it was MAX 30 days but with Manager approval. In that post, person only was given a 2 week hold. This is confirmed by an SA (30 days) they ended the 90 days late last year. Also if you follow the threads closely, you will notice a trend of holds only being 30 days now.
We are not even sure about MYLR.Just to confirm but they aren’t even doing MYP out of Austin yet, right? Just LR so far? I’m actually not worried about where mine is made, just want to get it soon.
All indications is the MYs out of Austin will initially be the standard range variants.Just to confirm but they aren’t even doing MYP out of Austin yet, right? Just LR so far? I’m actually not worried about where mine is made, just want to get it soon.
