This stretch of Hwy 79 is paralleled by train tracks, which easily connect to Amtrak's southern East-West route. It goes all the way to Los Angeles, or down to the Gulf coast in Houston and New Orleans, and from there Jacksonville, Chicago, or New York. This would help streamline large-scale shipping. I used to drive SH130 everyday. Great location with proximity to airport and 71 etc Elon's trying to max. out the tax breaks etc. smart in a business friendly state, and also liberal ATX island.
