Glitch in Tow Mode switch

For the last month or so we noticed were were not able to activate the Tow Mode in either of our MS or MX. We finally call the hotline, and were informed of a known glitch where either sliding or touching the opposite state (ON or OFF) of the switch doesn't work; it returns back to the original state. The only way to toggle the state is to touch the current state; that makes it toggle into the other state.
