I just looked at the table from the Europe Registration Stats and I feel like the numbers are pretty far off. Didn't know any thread where this is usually discussed.
As we can see Asia had record sales according to this, which seems unlikely as nothing was said about it. It's also pretty obvious hat the Model X skews this picture.
So do we have any data from the US or Asia?

With those estimates 4595 Model X in the US. So if we remove those form the deliveries and go with 10k and assume 50-50% Model S going to the US.
US: ~10000
Europe: 3106
Asia/Pacific: ~1000
Might be +/-500 for US/Asia. I guess many some of those 5000 cars in Transit are going to China.
