Glovebox not closing

Picked my MiC Model 3 LR a week ago and had an issue today with the glove box not closing. Electrical mechanism to open it is fine as I can hear it when I press the open button but just not latching when I try to close it.

Anybody else had this?

I’ve logged it on the app and hoping it can be done by a mobile ranger rather than a visit to the SC - fingers crossed.

Not heard of this coming up I'm afraid. It doesn't sound like software is likely to have any influence (but I would still do the 2 buttons and brake reboot just on the off chance).
