GM: Don't you be drivin' that EV1, you hear?

EV1 restored to drivable condition by Western Washington University.

GM contacted WWU, which had restored this EV1, and "reminded" them that the cars are not supposed to be driven.

As I've observed before, the obstacles to restoring an EV1 are more legal than technical.
