Nope, 2 is at the end. I did learn that plates can be exchanged for $21.

I did see recently on reddit someone in a different state had 8DYX247.

Confirmed that Tesla has the whole 8DYX block of plates (Spotted yesterday in Venice CA)

What does 8DYX mean?

I was going to ask the same. I'm thinking it's just a block of license plate prefixes that were registered to a group of new cars, some of them being Teslas. In my city, I've seen another Model 3 with the same first three letters as my plate so I'm thinking we got our plates/registration around the same time.
