It's not unusual to be handling a couple of these every month on our Dolphin Research Program.

I'd rather be swimming with a dozen sharks than one Portuguese man-o-war. Actually I have swam with sharks. Dozens of Caribbean reef sharks on a shark dive off of the Aquacat dive boat. Once the bait was in place, we were allowed to swim freely among the sharks. We just had to stay 15 feet away from the bait, and of course not get under it.

On the topic, I've had the top off every day for the last few days as the weather has gotten sunny and hot. Today a guy in a pickup truck at a stop light told me he wished he was in his convertible on such a nice day. When the light changed I showed him how fast the car takes off.
