My X P100D is metallic Blue currently. I really wanted Pearl white but got this car due to a deal too hard to pass up. I looked at many threads regarding wrapping but I was told the black plastic trim pieces can’t be wrapped which is a huge pet peeve of mine. I prefer the monochromatic look.
Then I came across multiple threads on Autoflex in the Model 3 and Model S forums where I saw amazing results for close to the same pricing as wraps. It’s basically peelable paint like Plastidip that feels like real paint and very durable- I was sold! Dropping my car off next week and deciding between Satin White Pearl and White Pearl Gloss. Going to get the chrome delete and also powder my rims to hyper gloss Anthracite/Gray.
Has anyone else with an X get their car autoflexed? I’d like to hear any tips, advice or suggestions.
