6/2019 delivery LR M3 here with 49,370 miles. This morning nothing worked when opening the door - the window didn't lower, the screen didn't appear. I did a double-wheel reboot which brought up the screen, showing BAD 12v BATTERY errors. The earliest service appointment (mobile or SC) was October 7th. Well, that's no good!
I texted the Raleigh SC with a screenshot of the errors and they said to bring it on in. 40 minutes after arriving I had a new battery and, additionally, they urethaned the front upper control arms.
The invoice said they couldn't mark this as a warranty replacement due to my EVOffer frunk lift kit being connected to the battery (!). They still replaced it free as goodwill.
I'm happy to give the Raleigh SC a shoutout for excellent service, and happy that my M3 gave me a heads up before the car was bricked.
