In Norway, we also get the following benefits:
- Exemption from a >100% (!) import tax on new cars
- Exemption from 25% value added tax
- Exemption from paying toll on roads
- $250 reduction in highway tax
- In many cases free parking and charging

Cars that have similar costs to the Model S in the US cost maybe 2,5 times as much here. No wonder this is Tesla's #1 market in terms of per capita sales.
