good driving route near supercharger in waterloo kitchenr area ?

I am planning a day trip from Toronto the kitchener waterloo area to explore the area with my model 3 standard range. Is there any good driving route in the area? I see two supercharger available one in Kitchener and one nearby Preston. Wondering if you guys can recommend good driving route in the area?

A couple places to visit are St. Jacobs and the Elora Gorge.
