So, I hear these stories about a) "charger didn't work, and I moved to another charger, which did"; and b) "charging stall is close to busy traffic -- so pulled out slowly to switch chargers". I know that plugshare and these forums mention occasional ad hoc outages, but dammit, there has to be a better way to communicate lame chargers short of putting a big trash bag over the lame ones. Any ideas? 
I've got one of these stuffed toys, that I can leave behind. But that will work only one time, up until somebody takes it -- you know, cause my stuff is sooooo goood.
