Just bought new Goodyear Electric Drive GTs for MY. I am pretty impressed with its handling and how quiet the ride is compared to the original Continentals. However, after driving for about 35 miles, I noticed that the efficiency decreased by about 20%. Anyone else has any experience with these new Goodyear electricdrive gt tires?

None, but I would suggest reserving judgement for at least a few thousand miles. Efficiency tends to be the lowest on brand new rubber.

Yeah, good point! I will run it for a month or so and see how it fares. I drive about 50 miles a day. But, great initial impressions with handling and how quiet the ride is!

Curious how the Goodyear Electric Drive GTs are doing now that you have a few weeks of driving on them? I'm in the market for new tires and I'm considering this one. Also looking at the Kelly Edge HP but I can't seem to locate much feedback from Tesla drivers. Thanks in advance.

So first impression is they dont make the car ride better but they are softer a bit over the bumps.

Been high since before i put on with the 100 heatwave. Will report when I am in a month on the tires to get an accurate picture. My lifetime 35k miles before is 295

So I have put a bit over 1000 miles on these tires....at 357, WOW, thought would be better or the same at least....

New Vredestein Quatrac Pro’s. Just under 1000 miles and my efficiency has improved over Conti’s. Probably some differences in driving and climate, so mostly a wash. Really like the tires, slightly softer. Wet roads are no problem. We shall see in winter.
