Got a door ding on driver side rear door close to front door.
The car is less than 1 week old and about 160 miles and only noticed it today.

Looking for a fix near Irvine,CA. Would appreciate any help.

I believe the door skin is aluminum which for the most part makes it very hard to fix w/o an oven. You cannot p;ull dents out of aluminum as that will stretch the material even more. Wait a sec, that pic is of the 3/Y, which is also alu...

I know a few guys in OC and have successfully done paint less dent removal on my Model S’s. Is the 3 alloy too? They can work wonders, but need access to behind the dent for tools (sometimes even drilling a tiny hole in between doors if necessary, then plugging with rubber stopper when done). So it really depends on what’s behind that dent location and if it happens to be in double-walled location or blocked by a cross-member.

Start with Brian Booth at (714) 606-7021 and see if he’s still around. He can usually look at picture and tell you if there’s a chance to fix before doing any work.
