I got a quote that was reasonable, but maybe too reasonable. Can you guys help me ask the right questions to the electrician to see if he's legit?

I have a detached garage, and my main electrical box doesn't have any spare breakers (brakers? i don't know), so he has to install a new one or make room somehow.

He will then run the new line under the house through the crawl space, and then dig a 18" trench the remainder of the way to the garage.

What do I ask? How many amps the breaker is? How many amps the line can handle? And what should those numbers be if I want to charge the tesla with a NEMA 14-50 adapter?

EDIT: I'm using the mobile connector with the tesla NEMA 14-50 adapter.
