Got delivery yesterday, some minor (?) however.

Just got delivery yesterday of a MY LR white/black. First time Tesla owner, and really liking the car so far. Looks beautiful, drives well, however there are some noticeable defects:

1/ side quarter panel isn’t flush, noticeable gap.

2/ minor scratches on one of the seats.

3/ the glass that’s between both windows isn’t well aligned.

Anyone knows if those are easily fixed issues by service center? There are no appointments for weeks, so debating if that’s ok or I should escalate/reject.

You can't return the vehicle but you can submit a list of any defects within 24 hours. Use the Tesla app to create a service request with your local service center. Briefly list the items you want corrected. You should attach photos (up to 5 as I recall can be submitted with a service request.) The damaged seat (looks like the back of a headrest) may be the most difficult to get Tesla to replace at no charge.
