Got scammed by member

Hey Guys
I had a member message me about Mpp model Y coilovers, they have since deleted their account and I can’t find the messages.
I paid on Monday , and they didn’t return any of my texts all week, then my texts stopped going through and I couldn’t find them on my TMC messages.

I filed a dispute thank God for buyer protection .

Good luck with the dispute, but I think you are boned. Venmo doesn't offer any buyer protection.

Rule of thumb Venmo or Zelle on;y for in-person transactions. Paypal (goods) for rest. I bought a Spoiler for $412 that came broken and the seller was playing games. I just filed a dispute and 10 days later I had my money back. The important thing even with Paypal is to keep updating Pics and any communication with seller and they will always side with you. With Venmo, I hate to say it your money is gone and no one can help you get it back easily.
