    cp20.com is the email marketing software and service, so it's probably legit.

    However, publishing you own email address isn't a good way to avoid other spam.

    You could always just contact Tesla about it and ask if they need the information.

    Also if you go to cp20.com it says:
    Basically it looks like Tesla is using Protus to do any of their mass mailings to customers. Protus is a legit company and so you'd probably be OK if you replied to the message. If you don't feel comfortable replying to that email just send an email to Tesla and sort things out that way.
