Graphical signature block that reflects car's stats?

I just had an idea that it would be cool if someone from the TMC community could write an API access program that pulls car stats like odometer, SOC, etc that then ports to a forum style signature banner that we could have appended to our posts.

This would add cool stats to everyone's posts that update in near real-time.

That would be cool, but would require a custom Xenforo plugin to run on this site's server. It would take not a significant amount of time, but not trivial either. Also, anyone who wanted that would need to upload their API token to this site and stored in a database for the plug-in. I'm not sure the effort to develop such a plugin would really be worth it, IMHO. Also, the site owners would have to allow non-standard code developed elsewhere to run on their server, somewhat of a security risk.
