I would like to share my experience since there are so many negative posts about Tesla's used car program;
Just picked up 2016 90D without any glitch... ordered on May 2nd and picked it up on May 11th. MS is in great condition; brand new tires, like new interior, some minor chips on the exterior, rims are clean.
I have been researching for MS for two months and Tesla sales adviser has been in contact with me almost every week with emails, text message and phone calls.
Car was located in Marina Del Ray Tesla picked it up without any problem. The appointment was scheduled at 2:00 PM but the salesperson showed up at 2:05 ( my only complaint
)
The car came with only one key fob and there was no LTE connection. Driving to San Jose was a little scary without LTE but after a couple of days, LTE start working...
