I've posted a few times, but never got around to introducing myself...
So I'm English and living in Brussels, Belgium, where we are blessed with the best chocolates and beers in the world, but cursed with some of the worst roads.
I'm currently driving a monster truck Volvo XC90, which is all well and good for the three kids I have, but is somewhat thirsty on diesel and takes a massive personal tax hit since the change of government a few years ago.
Tesla appeals to me on several levels. I'm a bit of a tree-hugger at heart, but at the same time do love nice cars, the Telsa allow both to be satisfied. Financially it makes sense running as a company car in Belgium due to the tax incentives. Finally it's the chance to have a sexy car that goes like stink and is practical enough for the family. There are very few cars that fit this bracket IMO.
I'm just working on my spec now and am torn between silver and brown, will be ordering in December...
