Rumour has it that the extra gaps created by the (aesthetically slightly inferior) asymmetrical design is required to mount snow tires (http://www.teslamotorsclub.com/show...l-Photo)/page3?p=594461&viewfull=1#post594461). I don't know if it's true, but it makes sense.

I painted my 19"s the same color grey as the car. Tesla gave me the color code and it matches perfectly unlike the grey on the cyclones which is darker. It changed the whole look of the car. I love it

The new Tesla Delivery Centre in London has a set of 19" Grey Cyclones in stock if anyone in Western Europe would like a set.

I just went in to pick up a set of cyclones for my grey MS and they offered both colours. Have to say on the grey car I think silver looks much better so that's what I bought. On red, black & white the grey wheels look fantastic but on the more "subtle" car colors I think the grey wheels just disappear a bit.

@mgboyes: thanks for the info! I can't pick them up at London but will ask Tesla to change from Silver to Grey on delivery (it's just finished production). Not sure they allow me or not.
