Grey Rotors being degraded by wheel cleaners covered under warranty?

Anyone noticed the grey rotor hat on the model 3 Uberturbine getting degraded by whee cleaners? Just wanted to know if Tesla covered those grey rotor parts for them getting degraded

Maybe you should switch to a non-acidic wheel cleaner. I worked for tesla for a while and I know for a fact they will not warranty for using acidic wheel cleaners. They will typically damage the finish on the factory wheels, rotors and calipers.

It's just cosmetic. They wouldn't warranty that.

The wheels don't get that dirty. I just wash them with the same soap as the rest of car and use vinegar on a rag to remove tough water spots.

You mean the finish is getting damaged by the cleaner you're using? Use a different cleaner? Soap and water should be plenty. And no, I don't think they will warranty the finish on that.
