Grinding/cracking noise under slow acceleration/deceleration

I have a 2013 Model S P85+ with 47K miles. Under slow acceleration from a stationary position I hear a grinding/cracking noise coming from the rear. I cannot tell if this is from the drive unit or from the brakes. I drive without creep mode on so I assume the brakes would not be engaged when I am at a complete stop. It makes the same noise under slower deceleration also. Anyone else have this issue? Thanks!
