Things may be different where you live, but if you open up a service request with the app, and attach a link to your video, a tech will usually look at the car information remotely and listen to the video remotely. They will then tell you what they think, and order parts for either your mobile or tesla shop service appointment. They usually call me, text me, or respond within 24 to 48 hours with their thoughts, even though the appointment is usually a couple of weeks out. Good luck!
