got an email around the same time. Also no word back by phone or email.

Same situation, I responded within minutes of his original email and it's now 1.5 days without a response. Seems to me Tesla really needs to hire more people... Customer service is severely lacking on the purchase of a $70 thousand dollar car.

I got an email too and responded immediately. No call or email back yet.

Jeff

I'm assuming we all have the same ISA, initials AD?

Did your DS indicate the quantity of cars to be delivered along with yours on that given day? (Or any given day).
I was not told quantity, but I was told that I can choose basically anytime from 1:15pm to 5:45pm in 15 minute increments on May 30th.
So basically every 15 minutes there is at least one delivery.

It is also possible that there are multiple appointments at each time with specialists working in parallel. To me this seems likely, but I am speculating.

From what I can tell there are a sizable number of cars sitting in Michigan and for some reason they are not being trucked to the Toronto lot. It seems they are waiting for the international center to open to start delivering these cars.

But that's 2 weeks away. They should just get them to Toronto ASAP and lessen their workload in the future or setup the IC for deliveries next week then.

Well finally got in touch with my ISA again, I called him this time since it didn't seem like he was going to respond to my emails. Great news is that they want to deliver the car the week I'm away on a business trip and absolutely will not help me out by moving pickup a day or two earlier, or a few days later when I'm available. I'm told the car will be given away and I'll have another car assigned at an indeterminate date in the future. I'm extremely disappointed with Tesla at this point.

I am pretty sure you have 7 days to pick up and pay for the car from delivery date. Or did I read that wrong. Sounds like they are just getting inundated with requests and maybe getting a bit testy.
