Yup. Seen one near my house, posted pics. No one cared. Perhaps it's the first Model 3 like that but Tesla has been doing things like this for years. Some suspect they are getting ground truth or validating their sensor data.

What info are you looking for? If you are not part of Tesla's program using these, there isn't good info as to what is going on. It's just more rumors for us fanboys to discuss.
