So what do you think will be the "small token of appreciation" tweeted by Elon Musk for people who waited in line to reserve a model 3? I think the priority to get my Model 3 earlier is enough but am wondering what he could mean.

I'm hoping it's some Tesla schwag which you can pick up at a store for free or pay for shipping to have it mailed to you.

I think most all of us will desire Delivery Priority, but I hope instead that it's some kind of free upgrade. Maybe something like free AutoPilot, or Limited Edition badging.

It all depends on what it is... If its a hat or a shirt or something similar then certainly I can't see why it wouldn't go out to everyone who went into making this day so great. If its a feature like _free auto drive_ or free access to the supercharger network (if no such network exists where you live) then yes I could see THAT being an issue.... but then they would come up with something similar to keep everyone happy.
