FYI, I was travelling below the national speed limit.

Good job that nothing was coming the other way. He probably didn’t see you as you are just out view when he turns right but clearly fails to check over his shoulder before moving out on to the road again.

I’m not sure what you are driving but even a model 3 would probably have close to a tonne of mass difference between you and the Yaris. It probably wouldn’t have ended well for Mr Toyota.

About to say the same, on your side camera you can make out the reg and also there is a back passenger which if it was a hit (glad it wasn't and your ok) that would have ended badly.

Nah, I was in full manual mode at that time. My prior biker instincts second-guessed what he was about to do - I knew it was clear to pass/no oncoming traffic so I did not have to brake suddenly. Thankfully.
