Hand wax by car-wash company...worth it?

I get my Model S washed at Champions in Tysons Corner (Virginia); its a hand-wash company. The last time I was there the guy suggested that I should get a hand wax done which would cost $75. Do you think its worth getting it done? Also, would it be safe enough...dont want somebody ruining the car.

I've been using a regular car wash for 2 years. I get as many washes as I want every 6 months for $100.00.
Been using this wash 3 times a week about 300 washes and my S is perfect without any damages. I did give my paint finish 1 year to cure out before using the car wash , but 3 month would have been enough for cure in my opinion.
