Am I the only person who still makes a traditional lamb cake on Easter?
Please tell me it was made with red velvet cake.
What is this sorcery?
Carrot cake. Sweetened with VT maple syrup. Made with carrots we grew in our garden, VT organic butter, Champlain Valley VT whole wheat flour ground in our own stone mill minutes before baking the cake, and local eggs from a friend with chickens.
