Happy Easter - with a traditional lamb cake! It's been a long tradition in my family to make a lamb cake on Easter. This year I made a whole-grain carrot cake with fresh pineapple chunks and sweetened with VT maple syrup. Covered by a white cream cheese frosting sprinkled with grated cocoanut "fur."
Hope you all enjoyed a great Easter Day, 2017. One highlight of the day: While guests were admiring the new 90D, one attentive lady said, "I see God on the back of your car". The 90D emblem looked like "god" to her!
