I believe T0 is just to let you know it's Tesla fitment.

The OE markings show that the tyre is the same exact spec as the ones Tesla factory fit, there can be specification differences between an OE marked tyre and the same name/brand/size etc. without the OE marking.

I saw a nail head in centre of tread of a rear tyre when inspecting. Pulled it out - hissing noise. Talked to 3 local places that fix punctures, none will do a repair due to the acoustic foam. Mine are Michelin Pilot Sport 4 235 45 ZR18 98Y TO, I've been offered a Michelin Pilot Sport 4 235 45 18 98Y Extra Load for £168 (inc VAT, fitting and balance) - no acoustic foam I understand, available in 2 days.
Questions
1) What does the TO on the tyre mean?
2) Have others found places recently that will repair acoustic tyres?
3) Has anybody replaced any tyres with none acoustic tyre and noticed any difference in noise?

I'm tempted to order 2 none acoustic tyres, one for now and one in reserve.

The tyre fitter I used simply cut the foam to fit the plug and then stuck it back down afterwards.
Mine was the same as Nick above. Although they sanded the edges where the foam is stuck down so the plug got a better area to stick too.

Bathwick tyres in Bath if anyone needs to know, cost me £20. Great service and very helpful. They were prepared to have a go at repairing it, which they did and succeeded.

Not really a hard job if you have the correct tools and prepeared to have a go.

There are still garages out there that will do a hot vulcanizarían repair which doesn’t have the same limitation on fixable areas as the cold plug patches have.
There’s one near me - CLCM autocare in Edinburgh - that has saved me replacing two £200 tyres so far.
Last one was a broken bit of suspension coil (not mine) in the tyre. The hole was over 10mm wide but plugged and held up for a year until the lease was up.
Search for vulcanisation in your area. There will be someone that caters for the exotic cars where the tyres are worth the same as a small car
