I took my Tesla 2022 Model Y to Discount tire on October 29th to get the tire rotation done. It had 8000 Miles. After 45 min the guy from discount tire
came and told me that the vehicle could not be started. I believe it was the 12 volt battery that died me. I did not get any notification about the battery health. I called Tesla road side assistance and they came and dropped off the car at Tesla service center. After Tesla's initial diagnosis they said the problem was with the harness somehow got damaged and Tesla ordered the parts. Does anyone know why this happened? My car is still in Tesla SC.
