Has all the towing camera/assistance/functions of JLR prods etc?

Wondering if CT will have all the reversing and towing camera and integrated sway control and other functionality that a lot of the high end manufacturers have?

Asking for a friend (#161949 for the trim variant picked...)

No one knows for sure. I would guess yes for the cameras. Tesla knows how to add cameras all over the place. I would say no to sway control and such unless they can buy it off the shelf from a supplier like Bosch, Continental, etc. Tesla has zero knowledge of that tech so I don't see them building that themselves in time for initial launch.

I guess that makes sense, likewise with wiper and rain sensors, could have gone with cheaper, proven, reliable bosch or similar rain motors and wipers, but chose to do some home baked carcrash of their own. I hope they do get the off the shelf systems - like what ford or JLR use etc.

I'm guessing the sensors and camera's will be really advanced for towing. A lot of that could be coming from the Semi development.
