Has anyone gotten a CCS adapter in the US?

The adapter you bought is made by Setec. There's a thread on the Setec adapter:
And that was why I went, "Buyer beware" in a previous post.
Weird data in the advertisement that Didn't make Sense: Check.
Chinese manufacturer (and therefore warrant-proof): Check.
Lousy support: Check.
Doesn't work without weird software updates that don't computer: Check.
Your money: Bye-bye.

That pretty much describes the last two years of my life.

I bought the Lectron-Tesla CCS adapter, but it doesn't work. They require you to download a software update that is written for antique computers and won't work on Windows 10, even after turning off Norton 360. Lectron's support is some lady out front who doesn't know anything. They will not talk to me on the phone or give written support. (I can't understand Chinese anyway)
It is the price we pay if similar OEM equipment is not provided.
It took me 10 minutes to complete flashing it on Windows 11, though using the instructions from the Setec web site:

Step 1. Hook up the adapter to your computer using the provided cable.
Step 2. Install the driver on your computer (https://www.setec-power.com/update-package/CH34x_Install_Windows_v3_4.EXE).
Step 3. Note the port number in Device Manager.
Step 4. Flash the firmware (https://www.setec-power.com/update-package/V164-1.exe).

Try using 1.64 if the adapter with 1.64-1 is still not charging.
