Has anyone here recently taken the Tesla factory tour?

We were considering scheduling a factory tour soon and wondered if anyone knows if the current tour includes Model 3 production?

Anyone who knows can't answer due to NDAs. I know there have been circumstances where a NDA wasn't signed but that was likely before Model 3 production started.

So Tesla would somehow force the owners of TMC to unmask anonymous posters on this board and then take legal action against them? Right.

Nevertheless, all I’m really trying to find out is if a person planning to buy a Model 3 will get any useful information on Model 3 — other than spotting a few in the parking lot— or if the tour focuses solely on production of S and X. If it’s the latter, it would be mostly a wasted trip for me. Surely answering that basic question wouldn’t violate this piece of paper people are signing. I don’t care about specific details or pictures.

I happen to take NDAs very seriously, because I'd like people who sign mine to do the same. There's a recent episode of The Tesla Show podcast that might answer your question, though.

I took the tour today and can vouch for that.

Though your chances of spotting a M3 in the parking lot is not a guarantee.
